Beautiful views surrounding the hotel area.
The service at this hotel was appalling. When I arrived, I was greeted by a rude receptionist who was unhelpful and dismissive about my reservation issues. The noise from the main road barely allowed for a decent night’s sleep, further compounded by delays in breakfast and inadequate mosquito netting in our room. I repeatedly expressed my concerns, but they were met with hostility rather than resolve. This experience left a sour taste, and I will not be returning.

the hotel was nearly perfect—except for the incessant noise from the main street, and cockroaches that are eager to meet you in your room, how lovely. i almost thought of giving a glowing review until i saw the rudely dismissive staff. should have treated me like royalty, but alas, regular treatment was all they could muster.

The spacious bungalow offered great views, and I loved that they provided daily cleaning and complimentary water. Breakfast was delightful, enjoyed right on the beach. However, there were some concerns with jungle noises, and the path to the beach had steep steps that required caution.

The views were a breathtaking spectacle each morning, truly unmatched by anything else. The beach offered a tranquil escape, perfect for relaxing afternoons, while the staff’s efforts to keep the rooms clean and comfortable were commendable. However, the location proved to be inconvenient, with reliance on costly transportation to explore further dining options outside of the hotel. Additionally, the meals at the hotel were a bit overpriced compared to local spots, detracting from the overall experience.

would definitely come back here
The Superior Bungalow was super clean with great air conditioning. Loved having a private bathroom and a nice balcony. Every day brought fresh towels, body soap, and shampoo. The property grounds are well-kept, and the beach chairs are perfect for sunset views. They also offer excellent massage services right near the beach.
